1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FPL AI Planner you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FPL AI Planner is a third-party companion application for Fantasy Premier League providing live scores, AI recommendations, transfer advice, and related features.

Disclaimer: FPL AI Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or EA Sports.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• The PRO plan is available in two options, billed through Apple App Store or Google Play: a Monthly plan at $3.99 per month, and a Season Pass at $35.99 per season (a 10% saving over the monthly equivalent).
• Off-season renewals: the Monthly plan renews every month all year round, including the off-season break between FPL seasons. Pausing or cancelling the subscription between seasons is solely the user's responsibility and can be done at any time through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• The Season Pass is a single payment covering one full FPL season (August to May). It renews at the start of each new season unless cancelled.
• Pricing changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices, plan tiers, and feature availability at any time. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with reasonable notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• A 7-day free trial is offered to new PRO subscribers at no charge.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellations must be made through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
• We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law.
• Advertising: the free tier is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. The PRO plan is completely ad-free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the App, use automated scripts to abuse services, impersonate others, or interfere with the App's proper functioning.

6. AI Recommendations Disclaimer

AI-powered features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for your Fantasy Premier League decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the App are the property of Arooj Tech Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arooj Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
