1. Introduction

Arooj Tech Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FPL AI Planner mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Email address and password (for account creation)
• Your FPL team ID (to fetch your Fantasy Premier League data)
• Subscription and billing status (managed by Apple / Google — we do not store card details)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics (anonymous)
• Push notification tokens (to deliver alerts you opt into)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To provide live FPL data, AI recommendations, and personalised features
• To send push notifications (only if you grant permission)
• To process and verify your subscription status
• To improve the App through anonymised analytics
• To respond to support requests

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider (encrypted EU-region servers)
• Apple / Google — for subscription billing and push notifications
• Google AdMob — serves non-personalized ads on the free tier only (PRO is ad-free); AdMob may process device identifiers as described in Google's privacy policy
• Analytics providers — anonymous, aggregated usage data only
• Law enforcement — where required by applicable law

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, in either of two ways:

• In the app — go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, subscription record, preferences and usage data are erased.
• By email — if you no longer have the app installed, email info@fplaiplanner.com from your account address and we will process the deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription — manage that in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.

6. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest (via Supabase), and row-level security policies to protect your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact info@fplaiplanner.com to exercise any of these rights.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email.
